Operators deserve software that respects them.
For decades the people who actually run the business, dispatchers, drivers, vendors, shop owners, planners, have used software written by people who never sat in their seat. We're fixing that.
Field-first. No feature ships unless someone in our own dispatch room will use it on shift.
Operator margin. The companies running the field should keep the margin. We build platforms that move money to operators, not away from them.
One owner per data. A business that runs on a platform should own its data, its customers, its phone numbers, its identity. We never become a chokepoint.
AI as labor, not magic.Our AI workers do shift work. They take calls. They run dispatch boards. They write content. They're employees with names and memory, not gimmicks.
